Ginney and Us “Got” Game!

Older adults have excess biological reserves. They sometimes focus on themselves as declining. There are other learning choices that are more positive and helpful.

One aspect is to better understand biological systems such as cognitive functioning.

Cognitive functioning affects self-efficacy and memory. Self-efficacy is a belief in one’s own abilities. It can significantly affect motivation and performance.

Facing self-efficacy issues and capabilities may enhance clarity in the effort of striving for a better life.

Poor biological conceptions might affect lesser physical stamina, poorer sensory function, and a slower cognitive speed.

In our forthcoming study of Multiplicity and aging, it is already known that aging may affect memory differently across alters.

Memory can be considered a new biological capacity. Memory becomes an aspect of skill-building.

Depending on age of the alter and their level of cognitive functioning, they might need more optimistic interventions.

Within the system of a family, and with excellent support, Multiples could be shown how to teach and support those within, and how to teach and support others in the external world.

To better understand human behavior through organizations, smaller groups, and DID family systems, people can be encouraged to adopt healthier practices and share wisdom found in collective aging.

Changes will bring general positivity and ultimately, the learners educate each other, replicating the joy of making better choices and appreciating the rewards of better self-knowledge, productivity, and community building.

We’re Ann

We are a group of individuals who value learning from both us and others in the process of dissociation.  We are interested in creating and curating knowledge to better understand Multiples in their older ages.
